Macro Monday theme - Redux 2019
I chose the theme "Red" theme on December 2nd, but it can also be "Complementary Colors", theme on July 30th.
An apple a day which will hopefully keep the Doctor away in 2020.

I bought a present for a post Christmas holiday party. This bow was so pretty I had to photograph it! Happy new year to all!

On the subject of Bows and Buttons, I decided on the first time for the bows. But I particularly like clear, geometric shapes and patterns, and it tempts me to try it this time with the buttons.
Beim Thema Bows and Buttons habe ich mich beim ersten Mal für die Schleifen entschieden. Doch mir gefallen besonders klare, geometrische Formen und Muster, und da reizt es mich, es diesmal mit den Knöpfen zu versuchen.

For the "Redux 2017--My Favorite Theme of the Year" theme, I chose the theme from: June 19: Member's Choice: Drips, Drops and Splashes.
This was one of my favorite themes and I decided to recreate the abstract drops with a different background. HMM!

I didn't start participating in the weekly challenges till October of this year so I chose to do one of the challenges that I missed earlier this year. #MacroMondays #Redux2017 #MyFavoriteThemeoftheYear
I joined the group only about one month ago, I missed the most of the year themes, therefore it was very difficult to choose one, because they are all very interesting and inspiring.
At the end I decided for this one that could be "Abstract macro" or "Found in the kitchen" (straws).

Aug 27 - Defining Beauty This was a challenge I really enjoyed because it was great to see how people saw beauty. This time around I used a Sunflower🌻not only do I think they are the most beautiful flowers and resemble the sun, it's also summer. Redux 2017– My Favourite Theme of the Year.
Not necessarily my favourite theme of the year, as I didn’t truly understand it last time, so I’m hoping to do better this week on the theme of ‘High Key’ from August last year.
A white Kaiser vase that we bought when we lived in Germany, a nice memento of wonderful years in a lovely country.
I'm away from home for a few days and reliant on just my phone so apologies if I don't get to reply to all of your comments or pictures straight away.
I have enjoyed many of the themes this year so it was difficult to pick one. I finally settled on a theme from August, “In the Mirror”, however as I wasn’t totally decided I’ve made the subject an “arrow” from beginning of this month and the arrow is on my glasses cleaning spray, which was a November theme “(Part of) My Daily Routine”. Sometimes I just can’t make decisions, or can I? Happy Macro Mondays and Merry Christmas.

Redux 2017. 1/52 Life is rainbow (Blanco)
Elijo una espiral como mi primera foto de este 2018 por varias razones...porque la espiral es para mi la geometría perfecta...el salir de un punto e ir alejándote de él, o el plantearte una meta e ir siempre buscando el llegar a ella...es el dar vueltas y vueltas siempre en una misma dirección, sin perder el objetivo a lograr...y eso quiero que sea mi 2018, un año de búsqueda de nuevas metas e ilusiones, nuevos retos y logros, pero sin dejar de ser yo, por muchas vueltas que de mi vida.
For the Redux 2016, or My Favorite Theme of the Year, I'm choosing "Spooky and Frightful", a theme I really liked the look of, but didn't get around to doing when it first came around.
This is a close-up of of the face of The Joker from a Batman figurine belonging to my son, I hope you think he's spooky and frightful enough.

Image is appropriate for Textures, Made of Metal and Rust themes. Barbed wire shot above black background with the latter then selectively under-exposed in Lightroom. In-camera focus bracketing images of barbed portion stacked using Helicon to achieve detail.

This week's assignment for Macro Mondays is Redux 2015" aka "My Favorite Theme of the Year." I did not have to think long and hard because "Glass" was my favorite theme, so I did another one. Quite a challenge because my earlier post of a glass picture for MM was selected to be in Explore.
I have created this one with the sun shining through a bottle of strawberry liquor. You are looking at the bottom of a whiskey glass.
