While reviewing the 2023 Geminid conditions we shot in 2023, I realized that in order to hastily get a "normal-looking" result, I had set the white balance down way toward blue in the 3300s, and I had moved the tint, normally +10, below zero into green. The red we saw on our cameras toward the end of the night was likely present throughout the shoot, though perhaps it was stronger toward morning twilight. So I went back and re-processed a little over 200 of those pre-dawn frames with what should be a neutral dark sky night color.

I put them in this time-lapse video to detect movement, to see if we could also see any red pillars moving at times. I don't, so the red musthave been pretty far north, with only diffuse effects on our sky to the north.

Shopping trip today to Access. Ooof, did they get my Lindens. First off, my favorite eye/make-up designer had some of each out there. I got the amazing Silvia eye appliers and lipsticks. The Tat is by Queen oF Ink, but I got two more than you'll be seeing in the coming days. The is from Bombshell, one of my musthave new designers. Just Magnatized had a gorgeous hairbase and I didn't have to go through the agony of tinting it! YES! The hair is from Taketomi. The shoes, alas, came from my wardrobe.
