Out back of an abandoned house stood a weathered barn. Most times these barns are empty however this one had a surprise! A Pontiac GTO!
This is my first ever real autumn here in Boston. It is so mesmerizing to watch the colors change and then suddenly fade out. I am certainly not looking forward for it to get extremely cold, but I am prepared. I will be the warmest marshmellow shaped girl ever.
I haven't taken self portraits in a little while so it took a bit to get my bearings with these, it's really a muscle I need to work more often. But I am happy with the results.

These slices were cut from a beef shank muscle which is found at the central part of the calf.
The beef shank muscles in thick slices are used in a classic Italian dish, Osso Bucco.
In Chinese cooking, the shank muscles are cut into thin slices and dipped briefly in boiling water or soup. It is eaten with a variety of sauces.

Looking splendid in her MoD(PE) 'Raspberry Ripple' colours and using an A&AEE call-sign of 'Gauntlet 25', Empire Test Pilots School BAC One-Eleven ZE432 pours on the power as she goes around whilst running several approaches at Boscombe Down
Back then in March 1995, Boscombe was the preserve of several One-Elevens but sadly those days are long gone!

Vitamin D is needed to keep muscles and bones healthy (musculoskeletal health). However, we know that dietary sources of vitamin D are limited and that we obtain the majority of our vitamin D from exposure of our skin to the sun during the spring and summer.
Existing advice is for everyone to consider taking a daily dietary supplement of vitamin D between October and March, and for some at risk groups, including people who are not often outdoors such as the frail or housebound, and those with dark skin, to consider taking a dietary supplement throughout the year. However, we know that uptake of dietary supplements is poor and intakes of vitamin D fail to meet recommendations in all age groups.
