Sometimes it just turns out that way...
-- The Mamas and Papas
[That was the title, no? It's been a long time...]
My camera is still in the repair shop, this is one of the last few I snapped before the fault really became too difficult to ignore. This is a local track that ferries this small, almost shuttle type train, through the smaller local stations within Storkow and the surrounding countryside. It really is beautiful here. The title is such that I was reminded of living in the more rural area of Dublin back in Ireland, each Monday morning it was depressing after such a great weekend, to rejoin the tribes of 9 to 5ers catching the train back to the city.
I hope everyone is well and so as always, thank you!
Only after taking this snap did I notice the small security camera.
If anyone was watching, they must have wondered why I was taking pictures of vents in a wall.
Now that I look at the picture, I'm asking myself the same question.

What could go wrong when you a find a random jetpack?
There's still a few days left at Something Extra and Cosmopolitan, if you haven't had a chance to run by. Go, go, go! You have a bit longer for Crystal Heart, but definitely go by there, too!
Also, I've been miserably quiet lately, and a lot of that has had to do with life punching me in the gut, and helping out with a new RP sim that will be opening in the near future!
A modern fantasy theme with a 1920's flair, you can find everything from the magical, mundane, crazy invention and "experimentation" that borders on madness, there's more than likely something both wondrous and wrong with the District. It's probably right, though. Perception is reality, or some mess like that.
Come check out the world here, and feel free to come by! It'll be opening sometime later this month, with apps opening up this week!
This picture was taking on the lovely streets of The District, if you were wondering.

Last week I was spoilt with vibrant sunrises. This one was down at Christchurch Quay and the need for new grad filters has become apparent. I've been relying on bracketed shots but this doesn't really work when various things such as swans, paddle boarders and rowers are drifting past. This is the predawn/blue hour but it erupted into gorgeous colour and mist.
Today is a very dull rainy Monday with the highlight being binge watching Life, all about peoples trials and tribulations in a Manchester block of flats packed full of Elbow music and Alison Steadman! I thoroughly recommend. A new job might be better through!
Have a good week everyone x
How can ye escape the damnation of hell?
(Matthew 23:33)
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.
(1st Timothy 1:15)
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation?
(Hebrews 2:3)
This is a photomontage with mixed techniques, part photograph, digitally deformated and digital drawing. For evokes the force we all want to have.
Tree in situ. Its amazing what you find even in the most mundane places, like a carpark. I took my mother to an appointment and whilst she was in I walked around the carpark with my camera and found all manner of interesting things to photograph.
For this week's #Macromonday Challenge, #Unusual Patterns, I decided to see what I could find around the house. This is what I love the most about Macro Mondays! The chance to think outside the box. Here, the netting from a laundry hamper becomes a rolling landscape under the macro lens. ***For the moderators, I promise this shot was taken 6/21/20. In my excitement trying out my new Father's Day gift, I forgot to reset the date/time, so the EXIF data is incorrect.***
Just like that …. A night where the sun never rises. Waiting for awaking from a long dream but the dream never ends. Once you jump and hide in this mundane world there is no escape. It’s like you are looking at your face but you can’t see yourself. An isolated like … like the sound removed from a sea of people.
Yet, am still waiting to see bright flower in full bloom, the dance of wind, forest movement chasing away oceans and rivers.
Am waiting to see your face, waiting for the moon to shine.
