With approximate site area 4.7 acres located at the opposite zone of central hub KL Sentral, I need to think something in creating new landmark for that area. As for this exercise, my client was Multimedia University (MMU), well known local Malaysia university which invest lots in information technology development. The idea for this tower is not concentrate more for external build form but more for the technology of building envelope. How to create intelligent building skin in order to 'communicate' with surrounding context. By using media-wall perhaps can burst up surrounding area with a new entertainment.

Part of urban intervention, this proposed vertical urban campus for Multimedia University with 38-storeys located at Brickfields. Within the range of MSC networking from KLCC to Cyberjaya, another dramatic part is this tower also facing the main investor of MMU which is TelekomMalaysia (TM) who designed by Hijjas Kasturi. With the MMU's vision as to be a catalyst for IT development in Malaysia, the rounded media-wall with frosted glass layered together of photocell create a friendly tower which connecting neighborhood. The mediawall provide an animation movement as it can see from vast area of surrounding context, especially from TM headquarters.
