Hallo leute! Hier mein erster live bericht aus sachsenried, ca. 10 km von schongau. Hier ist die natur noch so schön wie im allgäu. Saftige wiesen, große bäume und hohes gras. Und man kann stundenlang durch die gegend ziehen ohne daß man jemanden begegnet. Hier mal ein bild von mir und den hund meiner freundin.

A multimedia exhibition exploring unique perspectives on the intersection of mental health, wellbeing, the justice system, and Restorative Justice.
Presented by Community Justice Scotland in collaboration with the Scottish Prison Service (SPS) and Fife College’s Learning Centre at SPS, this exhibition aimed to raise awareness of Restorative Justice and how it can transform lives through supporting rehabilitation and healing.

How the Exhibition Came About
This exhibition is the result of a Restorative Justice (RJ) workshop held by Community Justice Scotland at HMP Low Moss, where participants undertaking arts projects learned about RJ – an approach that prioritises people, addresses harm, and supports rehabilitation and healing. The workshop provided a space for open conversation, inspiring the artworks on display.
This exhibition also took part at the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2024. The festival’s theme of ‘In/Visible’ encouraged artists to reflect on what it means to be seen or unseen, both in terms of mental health and within the justice system.

Acknowledging the Artists
The artworks presented were created by individuals in custody at HMP Low Moss. To protect their anonymity, the pieces were displayed without names or statements, inviting viewers to interpret the work and its meaning for themselves.
