This room looks like it once was a day-care. I recognized the crib similar to the ones used at Tutor Time.
The East Coast of the island can be pretty rough! great for surfing and a good breeze. You know it's a windy spot when it deforms the trees!

No longer the Caledon Trailway, the multi-use trail is not as well maintained. The surface is much looser as can be seen in this photo looking southerly.
Large multiuse room has outside access to garage and sliding door to wrap around deck. Also has it's own half bathroom with raised toilet. Can be open or closed to the rest to the house for privacy or community. Used as a elder living space.
