This room looks like it once was a day-care. I recognized the crib similar to the ones used at Tutor Time.
No longer the Caledon Trailway, the multi-use trail is not as well maintained. The surface is much looser as can be seen in this photo looking southerly.
Large multiuse room has outside access to garage and sliding door to wrap around deck. Also has it's own half bathroom with raised toilet. Can be open or closed to the rest to the house for privacy or community. Used as a elder living space.

The CTFastrak busway and pedestrian/bicycle trail occupies what was onece the Hartford, Providence and Fishkill. Just beyond is the still active Hartford and New Haven line.
