One thing that characterized the 2016 Pasadena Chalk Art Festival was the large number of tributes to celebrities and artists who left us too soon. Muhammad Ali was the most recent at the time this photo was taken, but there were others, and they will be up here soon.

Thanks in part to the rule set, both athletes were reluctant to engage to any great degree. Inoki spent most of the fight on his back, kicking at Ali's legs, while Ali trash-talked Inoki and tried to avoid sustaining damage.

The Rumble in the Jungle was a historic boxing event between the then Heavyweight champion George Foreman and former world champion and challenger Muhammad Ali. Ali won by knocking out Foreman in the eighth round. that took place on October 30, 1974, in the Mai 20 Stadium in Kinshasa, Zaire.

To celebrate Black Philanthropy Month, more than 65 members of the Denver African American Philanthropists collaborated with The Links, The Denver Foundation and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts to host a discussion with Cofield moderated by the Theatre Company's Associate Artistic Director, Bruce Sevy. The shared purpose of the Denver Foundation is to to expand philanthropy in communities of color and support the arts. The play runs March 19-April 20, 2015.
