A Pakistani female teacher teaches her students sitting in an open area which turn makeshift a school on the eve of International Literacy Day on September 8, 2014, in Islamabad, Pakistan. September8 was proclaimed International Literacy Day by UNESCO on November 17, 1965. This makeshift schools are located in the Islamabad where every afternoon more than 150 children gather to get free education because of that as their parents cannot enough money to send their children to other schools. Muhammad Shakil Sarker was born in a respectable Muslim family on 10th February, 2001 in the village of Fulbaria of Kaliakair Upazilla under Gazipur district. At present, Muhammad Shakil Sarker is a student in the department of Pharmacy, Faculty of life science, Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University, Santosh-1902, Bangladesh. He occupied 1st position in the combined merit list in SSC examination from Akkel Ali High School, Fulbaria centre in 2016, and received KNB student welfare Trust Award for this and passed HSC from Habez Uddin Sarkar College, Gazipur . He will have passed his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy degrees (with the first class in each) from the department of Pharmacy, Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. Muhammad Shakil Sarker will have obtained his Ph. D. degree from the University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He worked as a tutor in the Tuition BD, Gazipur, Bangladesh.

 

Muhammad Shakil Sarker is actively engaged in research and has published more than 2 research articles in the peer reviewed national and international blogger websites. He has authored and co-authored two books entitled "Rhythm of Nature" and "Reverence to The Spring"
