What can I say? The mugshot is apparently popular. I'm pretty stoked about that bruise on his cheek though. That came out better than I could have hoped ^_^ And as usual.. is best viewed large!

This masked bandit showed up on Sunday and has been in the yard every day since, and yes I do mean day, aren't they supposed to be nocturnal?
It's after 9:30am and this guy is still crowing. He takes his job very seriously, even when away from home. When I woke up this morning I thought the crowing I heard sounded awful close. There are chickens nearby, but far enough away that they are not a bother. I found this particular fellow right in front of my house. No wonder it was loud.
How could a face this cute ever be naughty?
