Maple Walnut Muffins I added the walnuts to the recipe. I not usually one to stray from the recipe but this worked out well.
Don't worry no muffins for Peanut but she did get some cheese treats for showing restraint.

The strawberry corn muffins are from Celine's variation on Have Cake Will Travel. They are amazingly yummy. The lemon poppyseed are from VWAV, an old favorite of mine.

Estão quentinhos, recém saídos do forno...mas e agora...
comi um e estou satisfeita....alguém quer???
Eis a receita:
Muffin de banana
1 e 1/2 xícara de aveia grossa ( pode ser 1 aveia e 1/2 granola ou 1 de farinha de aveia e 1/2 de granola)
1 e 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo
3 bananas
1 1xícara de açucar mascavo
1 1ovo
1/2 xícara de óleo
1/2 xícara de nozes picadas ( pode substituir por castanhas ou amendoim)
1/2 xícara de passas de uva
1 pitada de canela em pó
1 pitada de noz moscada em pó
1 colher de sopa de fermento químico em pó
1 pitadinha de sal
Modo de fazer:
No liquidificador junte o óleo,ovo,banana e açúcar mascavo. Bata bem( +- 3 minutos)
Numa tigela junte os outros ingredientes, misturando bem. Acrescente a mistura líquida. Mexa bem.
Forno de 180º pré-aquecido.
Forma de muffins ou empadas unte com margarina, coloque 2/3 da capacidade da forma.
Leve ao forno sobre outra forma
Caso queira podes usar os papelotes, não precisa untar.
Asse por 15 minutos ou até que enfiando um palito no muffin, o palito saia seco.
Existe uma variação em relação aos fornos, cada uma deve saber como funciona o seu!

Slow Food
We ate all but one of the muffins I made two weeks ago, so I thought I'd make more. This time I put Organic Raspberries and Blueberries in them. I also added some Maple flavour in with the Vanilla. I gave one to Stu and he gobbled it down. I have to say these are the best muffins so far.

Yesterday, both me and my younger sister helped the mother bake banana muffins. They were yum.
I'm on summer holidays now, and will be until February. So hopefully I will get the chance to experiment with my camera, take memorable photos and of course, update my Flickr more frequently. I still have a lot of photos that I haven't yet posted onto my stream because I don't particularly like having a mass upload and disappearing off for a long while.
OK, I wanted to take her photo and wanted her to pose in a particular way. Well, it was discussion time, a lot of feed back on her part. She doesn't usually comment on the way I want her to pose, but today...
I made chocolate chip muffins for Zach today as part of his birthday, because he will be gone on his birthday and he had his party today. Next week he will be 16! I just can't believe it! Lighting - morning light through a window.
