"....I wondered if Rowan Atkinson and Mr. Beans the same person. I guess not the same person. what do we see Mr. Beans on the show will be different from Rowan Atkinson fighting for her best work, these are two extraordinary individuals in one body. Like a gold coin in two different sides..."

This collection of images was taken in and around Brick Lane, London. This is an area full of New and Old Architecture, markets, people, graffiti, doors, churches and much more. We went up with members of the Photographic Club, had a brilliant time, never stopped clicking. Thanks to all for the good company. This is the first of many postings.

A Tuk-tuk, 3-wheeled taxi, is waiting at the railway station in Trang, Thailand. You could believe you are in a Mr. Bean movie

I was sorting out some things at home this morning and came across this. which we bough for our son many moons ago because he used to and still does love Mr. Bean (played by Rowan Atkinson) Mr. Bean calls it Teddy Bear and it's his best friend.

Rowan Atkinson, of Mr Bean and Blackadder fame apparently has a house in Ardnamurchan. He's a private man who doesn't relish the limelight and a house in Ardnamurchan would seem the ideal hideaway. Although being a car nut and owning many low slung exotic cars, our roads are completely unsuitable in this area with tight bends, blind summits, leaping deer and no 'fast' sections. I think his house must be the grey one, higher left in this shot. We know it is somewhere near as my daughter served him in a local shop. Ardnamurchan is rugged and unspoilt. This photo shows the more heavily populated part along side the fringe of Loch Sunart, but apart from a few well spaced houses, some electricity poles, you can't even see the main road or the well hidden distillery.

At 6’7” this dude felt totally comfortable in his Mini he’s driven everywhere throughout British Columbia the past 15 years. To prove his point, he hopped into the driver’s seat no problem, having about 2” head room, without his legs or arms feeling cramped. When he hung his arm out the window, his hand was only inches above the ground. He explained that the man who designed the Mini was also very tall, and that to streamline production for British and North American markets (driving on different sides of the road), the instrument panel was centered in the middle on both versions, with only the steering column needing installation on the right or left. Definitely a Mini enthusiast and friendly motorist.

The Chilly Bean is going on a short vacation to Cornwall. Unless he can get his mobile internet working in the UK he wont be on Flickr for about a week :( Anyway he hopes to take some nice photos there of pixies, pasties, Cornish cream teas, and of course the beautiful landscapes he misses so much.

This is his parting gift to his Flickr friends. Hope you enjoy 'Mr Bean's Vacation'.

Three days ago I awoke to a gloriously sunny morning, grabbed my camera, a large cup of Joe, and still in my pajamas, went into the garden to find inspiration. Well I have said before our garden is a mess, in fact it is a terrible sight. I often wonder how I can ever be inspired by something that so resembles a building site. But, all you really need to start a good day are a few plants, great light, imagination, coffee, more coffee, and before you know it you are in the groove and smiling...and all before going to work.

The cast of characters in this image are straight out of the garden center and planted in stoneware pots. The advantage of this is you can slide the pots around the patio and very handy indeed when trying to create a useful background. Shot with a 150mm macro at f5.6 to create a blurred background with just a hint of shape to the flowers. Image is pretty much 'straight out of the can' with adjustments in PS CS4 for curves, levels, and saturation. Border and signature colors are sampled from image.

Hello everybody :)

Due to the fact that I´m a huge Mr. Bean fan, I always wanted to make a MOC starring the flat of Mr. Bean in the tv series. The MOC is based on the episode "Merry Christmas Mr. Bean" and starres many details from the show like the turkey, the mousetrap or the children which are singing some christmas carol´s.

I hope you like it :)

Here is Mr.Bean's Chibi Mini...

Or is it the ChiBeani?

Chimini perhaps?

Mr. Bean on Leicester square, London

Somewhere in the streets of old Québec

Leicester Square, London, and one of the more life - like sculptures of TV personalities…and there have been some bad ones.

Even as a sculpture Mr Bean looks extremely irritating! The lady on her phone manages to ignore him though…
