Hole Shiel (Scottish-in Gaelic hole Seile) is a freshwater lake in the Highlands. He lies in the Council area Highland about 20 kilometres to the west of fort William. Measured in the size of the water surface hole Shiel is the seventh largest lake of Scotland. Spring Wikipedia
Have been on the move once more without tripod. Here a stone has helped me in the unsafe weather condition.

Bin mal wieder ohne Stativ unterwegs gewesen. Hier hat mir bei der unsicheren Wetterlage ein Stein weiter geholfen.
Snow day today. Received several inches of snow last night and more coming today. Wondering what this scene looks like right now. I bet you can't even see the corral. As far as I know the road is closed during the winter. Wishing you all a happy Monday and hoping you have a wonderful week.

Every year we take a trip to the North Cascade Mountains to visit Mt. Shuksan, both for the fall colors and for the reflections.
It's never the same, and it never gets boring.
This time when we were there, the colors were nice, But I wished there had been some nice, puffy clouds in the blue sky.
Still, I was not disappointed with the view!

Lac du Chevril, Route des Grandes Alpes, Tignes, France
Lac du Chevril is an artificial lake dating back to 1952 when the Chevril dam was created on the Isère river in the Haute-Tarentaise valley.
It is located on Route des Grandes Alpes, a fabulous mountain road between Lake Geneva (Thonon-les-Bains) and the shores of the Mediterranean (Menton) include 16 passes that are among the highest in the Alps.
