I am assuming Italian aircraft, Italians used large float planes like the Cant 1007(except that's a tri motar) ….. this one has damaged float so getting nice view of Bomb bay....nice size for a torpedo.....definitely an Italian plane, plus that nose turret looks like the generic Italian model used on Piaggio bombers and some other......single column floats ….. trying to find out type this plane is....

On April 23, 2006, I rode a Speeder from Cordele to Plains, Georgia on a trip sponsored by NARCOA (aka North American Rail Car Owners Association). Since I don't own a Motor Car (aka a Speeder), I rode with a friend who owns two Motor Cars. The Next Day, Monday April 24, 2006, I spent another Day (near Cordele) to get a more comprehensive look at the SAM Short Line Tourist Line and the surrounding area.

One of the places I visited was Veterans Park, where I found some Military Antiques to Photograph, such as this Russian 120 mm Mortar M-843. This Mortar Fires an Artillery Shell, which is dropped into the Barrel and Contacts a Firing Pin at the bottom of the barrel, which ignites the charge in the Shell, casing the Shell to be Propelled out of the Mortar Barrel.

Mortars are Short Range Weapons, which Fire Shells with Stabilizing Fins, to prevent the Shells from Tumbling during their Flight to the Target. The Mortar is a High Angle of Attack Weapon Fired with Low Muzzle Velocity.

On April 23, 2006, I rode a Speeder from Cordele to Plains, Georgia on a trip sponsored by NARCOA (aka North American Rail Car Owners Association). Since I don't own a Motor Car (aka a Speeder), I rode with a friend who owns two Motor Cars. The Next Day, Monday April 24, 2006, I spent another Day (near Cordele) to get a more comprehensive look at the SAM Short Line Tourist Line and the surrounding area.

One of the places I visited was Veterans Park, where I found some Military Antiques to Photograph, such as this Russian 120 mm Mortar M-843. This Mortar Fires an Artillery Shell, which is dropped into the Barrel and Contacts a Firing Pin at the bottom of the barrel, which ignites the charge in the Shell, casing the Shell to be Propelled out of the Mortar Barrel.

Mortars are Short Range Weapons, which Fire Shells with Stabilizing Fins, to prevent the Shells from Tumbling during their Flight to the Target. The Mortar is a High Angle of Attack Weapon Fired with Low Muzzle Velocity.

I've been meaning to stop and photograph this chair which sits on a large pile of gravel and dirt on or near a very famous ex-farm in PoCo. which had a dark history.

*What is a symbolic meaning of a crow? ...in most literature the crow is shown as a symbol of death, or sadness. Also it can be viewed as a dark omen of things yet to come. Avoid the crow.

This is the 3rd in the series on the city of Mumbai.

It was not easy shooting these pics from the height I have shot.

Physical risk was involved while shooting this series on Mumbai Skyline.

To say the least, there was no such thing called 'Terrace' or a flat surface area from where I could shoot, there were just small square pillars in the name of terrace of say 20 inches by 20 inches space from which i had to balance myself, aim, shoot and then jump from one pillar to another to move from one corner to another to shoot all the sides of the city.

On top of it there was a lot of wind from all sides, a slight mis - balance on those square pillars while shooting and I would have been thrown 2 floors down.

So risk taken, enjoyed.

It was also my dream to shoot South Mumbai from this height and I am proud of this achievement.

I, thank my friend Javed Mulla for helping me to get access on this location.

Without his contacts, this location and this series wouldn't have been possible.
