Il Mar Morto è il punto più basso della Terra, per la precisione 417 metri sotto il livello del mare, e la quantità di acqua che vi evapora è maggiore di quella che vi affluisce.
Viene chiamato Mar Morto poiché questa sua elevatissima salinità impedisce l’esistenza di qualsiasi forma di vita acquatica, ma, d’altra parte, risulta essere estremamente salutare per i visitatori, che si avvalgono dei suoi benefici effetti, e tutto questo, ma non solo, rende il Mar Morto un luogo interessante, affascinante e unico, chiamato anche “le terme salutari più profonde del mondo”

People or even entire generations live inside the tombs after they are invaded. Many of the tombs no longer have family visitors. The only land without owners, except the Sahara.

The area of Quintana Square was once a cemetery. The square was built around 1611, following the decision of the Mayor of Compostela to convert the medieval cemetery known as Quintana de Mortos into a public square. This is now the "Quintana de Mortos" (English: Quintana of the dead) on the lower level of the square.

Great to know that a man has been walking on the moon, fifty years ago... but the innocent space era dream died under too many bills to pay; and the world, under those bills, has lost many other dreams... Next space trip to another planet will not belong to the people, but just to big corporations... probably this same argument will be valid also for health care, good instruction and for a list that might be too long.

Bello aver avuto un uomo che ha camminato sulla Luna, ma il sogno, come troppi altri sogni del secolo scorso, è morto sotto una montagna di conti da pagare. Il prossimo viaggio su un altro pianeta non apparterrà alle persone, ma solo alle multi nazionali. E lo stesso rischio si correrà anche per la salute, l'istruzione e una lista di preziose conquiste dei nostri padri e nonni che forse è fin troppo lunga da ricordare.
