This series is from morning walks. I thought we had a lesser and earlier mayfly invasion this year, but this telephone pole that I saw this morning seems to prove me wrong. Gives a whole new meaning to dancing around the May Pole. Does anyone have any answers for the abanoned nest below -- the Peking duck sat on it for weeks and then abandoned it.

As the wearher warms the flower on the May Apple comes out and is shaded by the leaf.
