Casa Da Cultura de Mora
Architectural perspective of the ancient Hospice of St. Nicholas Tolentino - current Culture House Of Mora.
Founded in 1711 by the Hermits of St. Anthony, this building gave birth to a convent of friars for many years.
A Casa da Cultura de Mora situa-se no antigo Hospício de São Nicolau Tolentino, fundado em 1711 pelos Ermidas de Santo António, e foi durante muitos anos um convento de frades.

Palazzo Mora è un antico palazzo situato nel Sestiere di Cannaregio, tra la Chiesa di San Felice e il Canale di Noal. Dopo il l’undicesimo secolo questa zona ha iniziato ad avere una grande importanza, sia per il passaggio delle barche che quello delle persone.
Il primo proprietario conosciuto dell’edificio fu Andrea Contarini, un membro di una delle famiglie più antiche e importanti di Venezia. Vendette Palazzo Mora nel 1714 ed esso fu acquistato dalla famiglia Mora nel 1716. Il ramo della famiglia Mora che viveva in questa zona è stato uno dei più noti di Venezia tra il 1500 e il 1780. Palazzo Mora, come è conosciuto oggi, è il risultato dell’unificazione di due precedenti edifici diversi e fu realizzato da Bartolomeo Mora tra il 1716 e il 1737.

Palazzo Mora is an ancient palace located in the Cannaregio district, between the Church of San Felice and the Noal Canal. After the eleventh century, this area began to have great importance, both for the passage of boats and that of people.
The first known owner of the building was Andrea Contarini, a member of one of the oldest and most important families in Venice. He sold Palazzo Mora in 1714 and it was bought by the Mora family in 1716. The branch of the Mora family that lived in this area was one of the best known in Venice between 1500 and 1780. Palazzo Mora, as it is known today, is the result of the unification of two previous different buildings and was built by Bartolomeo Mora between 1716 and 1737.

Basa de la Mora O Ibón de Plan, Huesca was a small beautiful green lake that we stayed at overnight. It never seems like you ever have enough time at places like this.
I used ND Grads and a 10 stop screw on filter for this shot.
CA: Avui fa un any que vaig fer aquesta foto de la cotxera d'APPFI amb els dos 6000 en plena feina de restauració. Avui, aquests dos cotxes ja són visitables cada cap de setmana gràcies a la tasca de nombrosos voluntaris.

Es una espècia de àguila (Geranoaetus melanoleucus) molt freqüent a tota la Patagònia. En general les aus d’aquests indrets son molt mes confiades que a casa nostre. Aquest exemplar el vam veure des del cotxe, al costat de la carretera, vam poder baixar i fotografiar-la tranquil·lament, sense que s’immutés per la nostre presència.
