The clouds were blowing bY and everY once in a while cleared enough for a shot...The wind kept blowing the camera even on the tripod...
No shots of the uncovering, the clouds moved back in and I had to Sleep....

The February Snow Moon rising over Dinosaur Provincial Park.
This image is a great example of understanding atmospheric conditions. This day offered a cloudless day, perfect for full moon photography. However the 'transparency' and the 'seeing' were average and below average respectively. The moon was not visible to the naked eye just off the horizon. Fortunately IR captures the image before the eye can see it.
