Many African countries and cultures have tragic histories related to colonial times and sad news from today - the two are linked. People's lives are therefore always complicated to say the least, and so we should not judge quickly those in the many diasporas that are underway. My reading for Canadian Black History Month.

I don't know what the author is up to lately.
This was the sweetest, most cooperative baby I've had in awhile! Nice!

Oddment (Len) poses with her bike for National Bike Month.
Taken for a random photo shoot celebrating Dal's 10th anniversary at the Dal House Forum.
I had the pleasure of photographing this stunning couple three months ago today.
I took their engagement photos one year ago as well, and on the wedding day we went back to some of those places, and a beautiful road in the forest where I hadn't tried to take photos before.
It is always easy to get nice photos of this beautiful couple! (And I am lucky to be a relative of the beautiful bride.)
All the best for your future, Lisbeth and Morten!
Check out many more nice photos of them in the links below the line!

The Great Wastelands remain a hazardous terrain to this day but the potential for recovery of valuable materials and artifacts still remains high.
To avoid the loss of human troops due to radiation and other, even worse hazards, the Eastern Defense Coalition deployed thousands of A.T.R. units (All Terrain Reconnaissance drones) to scour the blasted wastes in search of forgotten relics from the war.
MoC Month Madness is a "little" project/experiment of mine, where I plan to build, photograph and share my MoCs on a daily basis from the 1st until the 31st of May, all with a goal to motivate myself to build more often and to improve my Lego photography skill.
Wish me luck!

- I just ask that my images aren't sold in their digital form or mass printed and sold. As long as you print them out first and use them in your projects, its totally cool with me! =)

Worst 3 months of weather in 40 years they say. Never been inside for this long. Never done weights for so long, since I was 20.
Sisters. Pola is now 7 months, pure joy and fun. On this photo Klara represents the fun we have with Pola :) Days, weeks, months fly too fast. I'm glad for my cameras to capture so many moments of my daughters growing (and being awesome). Panta rei...
Dylan is now 11 months and I have begun planning his 1st birthday!!! Time goes by so fast that I can't keep up with his growth!!!
My hero is growing up right in front of my eyes and I'm doing my best to keep them open always not to miss anything:)
They get fewer and further between
While I loved my short cuts, I did not like the maintenance. It’s so much easier to just trim my bangs and let the rest go.
It was finally time for my 18 month haircut. They seem to get fewer and further between. I’d blame the pandemic, but it’s mostly just that I’m lazy.

her: it was 11 months.
her: it will be over tomorrow.
me: let's not do this again.
her: no, it was unhealthy
her: ( puke emoji )
you learn a lot in 11 months.
more than you're able to admit to yourself.
and even though half of me can't wait for tomorrow,...
half of me,...
the neurotic sociopath that sadly has my back,...
that half is sitting quietly in his corner, biting the nails on his right hand, his betting stub in his left hand, waiting to be proven right.
He won't be. I'll see to that. Because 11 months has given me enough of his shit to know how to deal with him.
I write this now as a reminder,... dude has issues, don't trust him.

The half yeard is done. To commemorate it before I shave it off, I thought I'd grab my cat and take a rather ridiculous portrait of them both. Goodbye, half yeard. It was nice knowing you.
This almost 4 monther let me put her to sleep, pose her, AND uncurl those balled up fists...love her!

Moustly these himba people are living in the north-west Namibia, but ther is some of them in southern Angola. This young lady came for maternity clinic to get some vitamins and vaccines.
Months later, and I’m still editing photos from Joshua Tree National Park the most out of all the National Parks I’ve visited in the past year.
I think that means something.

Along the Engineer Mountain trail -- when she was 16 months old, just a few months younger than her daughter Dart is right now
Orion sitting pretty for me.
So I made a VERY hard decision last week. Orion lost his "boys" last week. After alot of thinking and talking to my boyfriend, friends, family and then consulting myself, I came to the conculsion that finally I wasn't prepared to maintain an intact dog and for my first dog that I should try to make it as easy as possible...
