Our little dog, Molly, who does not get photographed very often now we have Yuki.
She just looked so cute poking her head out of her kennel I could not resist getting a shot of her. I was fortunate she was still there by the time I had gone inside and retrieved my camera.

-- Yes, an end of the roll shot. Just messing around with the lens wide open at MFD. Always impressed with these old single coated, non-ai Nikkors on B&W film -- sharp enough w/o being too sharp, and nice, smooth bokeh. Not a lot of experience with Nikons, but I've had a couple of these Nikkor-O's in the house over the last decade and they've all performed well. Still one of the great values out there.
Molly is already half a decade old! She healthy and happy and, at 4.2 pounds, is a tiny bundle of joy.

Molly is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel crossed with a Bijon Frise, otherwise known as a Cavashon. This snap was taken to mark Molly's first birthday a few weeks back.
The challenge with Molly is not so much trying to get a cute picture but trying to get her to sit still long enough to press the shutter release.
Attempting to groom her prior to taking her picture is a lost cause!

Today it was Molly's turn in front of the camera. Molly is a very loyal cat. She likes to stay in the house and rarely ventures out apart from the odd trip with us into the garden. She likes to play 'red dot' at night. She can chase the dot in a real frenzy but I have never known her to catch a real mouse or bird. If it doesn't come out of a packet she won't eat it.

Voorbije dinsdag kregen L15 en L19 nog eens bezoek van de sproeitrein. Door de bewolking koos ik initieel voor een punt aan de noord kant van de lijn, maar toen een schuchtere opklaring die recht richting de zon ging gaan, koos ik er onderweg voor om toch maar een andere, experimentele, plek te kiezen. Na wat connectieproblemen met de camera moest alsnog de ladder bovengehaald worden toen de overwegbellen begonnen rinkelen en ik een gele neus zag in de verte. Ook de zon brak eventjes vol door, waarna deze foto tot stand kwam.
We zien hier TUC Rail met de 6249 en achteraan de 7793 met de sproeitrein door Mol-Ezaart rijden, onderweg naar Neerpelt.
