Day two's theme for Lego camp was "city." When I came to pick up Evan, they were finishing up this modular building. Evan did the bottom layer. The teacher did the roof.
modular (almost) alphabet, created with squares, right triangles, and quarter circles. thinking about blackletter or gothic script. not totally happy with it, a lot of the letters still feel really inconsistent.

The provided image is of Habitat 67, constructed for the 1967 World Expo in Montreal, Canada and designed by Canadian architect Moshe Safdie. The design and construction is a prime example of modular design.
Each of the buildings was designed to interact directly with other apartment buildings. Further, construction was done with prefabricated sections, allowing for this complex design to be build relatively quickly and for lower costs than a similar building. While the external design is relatively complex, the facade belies the complexity of design required to build the complex.
If there were a hotel on the Moon, what would it look like ? You get to decide with the Modular Moon Hotel !
The model is made of 8 layers, that you can arrange the way you want ! To assemble the Hotel, simly slide each floor on the two Technic axles. You can also use longer Technic axles and create your own floors to make an even bigger hotel !
