New parking garage in Munich, Germany. It occupies only 20% of the space a usual, comparable, car-parking facility does.
Can you imagine a car-thief trying to get in there to steal a car? It is impossible! Also, no parking-attendant handles the cars -- i.e. no damage to the cars. It is electronically "parked" and electronically "retrieved" ...!
