AMSTERDAM ZUID - A modern Design Hotel in an iconic building with beautiful Art.
Nhow Amsterdam RAI, designed by the well-known architect Reinier de Graaf. Each room (650) reflects the six wind directions of the building in which the hotel is located: north, northwest, east, south, southwest and southeast.
Apparently the filigree design on the exterior of the Library of Birmingham is a nod to Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
The Gallery - created in 1880 - is now housed in a glass and granite building designed by architect Moshe Safdie. It opened in this Sussex Drive location in 1988. Meandering through its high-ceilinged rooms and between great granite columns, you feel a bit like you're wandering in a stylized temple built to honor modernity. Its high, angularly arched ceilings put you in mind of a cathedral.
The Chreli Abano (Motley Bath) is the most famous Sulfur water SPA of Tbilisi. It's striking Oriental architecture immediately catches the eye of any visitor and many mistake it for a mosque. The historical bath has been recently renovated and offers now a great mix of ancient and modern design. The bath used to host some of the most famous visitors of Tbilisi like A. Pushkin or A. Dumas.

The Villa of Tugendhat and is a spectacular example of modern architecture and was built in Brno, Czech Republic in 1929. It is widely considered to be one of legendary German architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's modernist masterpieces.
This photograph is part of an exhibit of architectural photography.

The new Simca 1100-Series was launched in May 1967. By the time it was a modern car: modern design as a 5-door hatchback with front wheel traction.
In 1969 an estate version was added.
For the 1975 model the 1100-Series got new door handles.
After PSA took over Simca from Chrysler-Europe in late 1978 the brand name Simca was gradually replaced from Simca-Talbot to finally Talbot. The Dutch car registration authorities RDW has incorrectly registered this car as Talbot 1100.
The Simca 1100 was also assembled in Madrid and sold as Simca 1200 (till Spring 1982).

Suecia - Malmo - Centro Comercial Emporia

Emporia is a shopping mall and one of the biggest ones in Scandinavia. It is situated in the city of Malmö in Sweden, near Malmö Arena and Hyllie railway station. Emporia opened on 25 October 2012 and the total construction expense was about 2 billion Swedish kronor. The architect of the Emporia project is Gert Wingårdh of Wingårdh arkitektkontor. Steen & Strøm owns the building.
The building has been decorated with sound design and soundscapes created by Radja Sound Design Agency.
Approximately 200 shops are located in Emporia, with a total area of 93,000 m². The mall is three stories topped with a roof terrace measuring 27,000 m², equivalent to approximately four soccer fields. In total, the mall employs around 3,000 people.
