I just finished this model today. Revell's 1956 vintage, Sherman tank is in my opinion, the granddaddy of all 1/35 scale armor kits. Although it represents a hodgepodge of Sherman variants, "Scaled from official U.S. Army prints" the kit is remarkably well detailed for a mid 1950s model. I did some slight modifications. I drilled out the main gun, drilled out the optical sight and 30 caliber machine gun port on the mantlet, replaced the bow machine gun, and removed the injector pin buttons on the bogies. I used a stencil, and painted the stars. My painting and weathering techniques were simple: spray can for the olive drab (airbrushing is a pain in the @ss for me, and I only do it when absolutely necessary ) , some pin washes, dry brushing with a lighter OD, and pastel powders. I have an original 1956 unbuilt kit in my collection, that I have included in my images.
but the one I got off stage was better (maybe because most of them were smiling)

Model Rocket #kaleidomaticapp. One stuck at home project done!
After a decade of playing with iOS photography apps, many of my early favorite apps had disappeared.
Time to go retro - I purchased an original iPad Mini and iTunes replacement software iMazing. Onto the iPad went iOS 9.3.5 and many older apps. The .ipa app files came from two sources, the current App Store and an old iTunes Time Machine backup. But alas, I can not find my old versions of PhotoGene or PhotoForge. Oh well. I did play with Kaleidromatic and came up this model rocket photo #retro #iosapps

Back when I first painted 29 in 2018 I took a picture before I put all the branding on, so it only had reg plates and side P&R logos. I think the logos were test print-outs before I did the other five P&R buses, hence why the ones on 29 are a bit smaller than the rest. Unfortunately because I was painting all the P&R buses at the same time their liveries ended up a bit of a rush job because they took ages already and I wasn't prepared to spend any more time on them. I have since corrected the awful doors I painted on this, plus I did later on pick out the Wright logo in white, but it really does need a proper repaint where I can take some time to do it. The only thing is I've decided I don't want to paint the P&R double deckers in the same livery I'm hoping to do the Darts in and the future for the P&R branded deckers is a bit of a mystery at the moment.
