This town is full of monsters
Holding hands with other monsters
And attempting to be human beings
Shuffling around the shops
And waving at balloons
This town is full of monsters
Sitting on park benches
Eating little packets of sultanas
Licking chocolate off their chubby little fingers
And I don't know why
It is they scare me
But they do
And the thing that really frightens me
Is that all my friends from school
Are turning into monsters
Picking patterns out for curtains
Making friends with all the other monsters
Pushing little baby monsters
Around the shops in prams
This town is full of monsters
Peeping out from under parked cars
In multi-storey car park
Evil little eyes like fairy lights
Blinking in the dark
This town is full of monsters
Making out with other monsters
Picking sweet corn out of their teeth
Dipping pissy little fingers
In the pick 'n' mix
And I don't even know why
It is it scares me
But it does
And the thing that really frightens me
Is that the people I used to love
Are turning into monsters
Getting married having babies
Telling me how great their life is
And how happy I would be if I could
Just be more like them

As the lock gate into the Floating Harbour opens, river water and harbour water slowly mix in great swirls
There's a healthy mix of evergreen and deciduous trees at Golden Gate Canyon, and a lot of the deciduous trees -- I think they're all apsen -- still had their leaves. This made for pretty highlights in the snow, preventing the world from turning completely over to black and white.
This spot was the topographical low point of our three-mile loop trail. We started out up on a cliff at 9,297 feet above sea level, then descended 435 feet to a trail junction at this marshy spot. The trail was fairly steep and slick in the snow, but this just justified the trip we'd made to Silverthorne the day before to buy those Yaktrax shoe spikes. Now it was time to start the climb back up. And while a 435-foot climb doesn't sound like much, doing it at 9,000 feet when you sleep in a house just above 700 feet and are increasingly old and out of shape isn't really the cake walk you might think. This climb about killed me. Which, every climb we make on the first hike of a Colorado trip about kills me, but knowing that doesn't make me feel any less killed.
the whole group is traveling on 'business class' carrier to the new home. Since they are super precious, they will be covered by the 'travel insurance' aka shipping insurance. hah!
Found Cold Rock Ice Creamery at Holland Village in Singapore! What makes this place unique is the fact that your selection of ice-cream flavours and desired add-ons are well mixed on top of ice slab - smart way of preventing mushy ice-cream when subjected to intense shearing forces.

MADISON is an active Boxer/Hound mix who’s 1 – 1 1/2 years old and very social, playful and outgoing. She likes other dogs and though her energetic playstyle could be too much for some, she would probably find some fun playmates at the dog park :-)
Madison will do well as a companion for an active single person or couple who enjoy hiking or jogging, and who will make sure she gets good exercise and ongoing obedience training.
Madison lives in Kennel 38.
