This is my computer. It is very quiet and consumes very little energy. No fans at all. A Notebook HD suspended from a rubber band is emitting faint clicking noises when it is searching. At 1 GHz it is powerful enough for my needs.
It runs (Kubuntu) Linux, the most user friendly operating system there is.
It has been running for 2 years without any problems.
