一年一度的北中南東瘋狂大集合, 是台灣經典MINI最大的盛會
這次第15屆台灣MINIDAY的主題是 “迷樂Mini Joy”
充滿無限驚奇與歡樂~
期望CLASSIC MINI車主們能藉此以車會友,
讓每一個車友在當天有限的時間之內認識新的朋友。
藉由互動遊戲的方式一起闖關相互交流, 共同為自己的隊伍爭取佳績,
互相分享擁有 Mini歡樂的同時 讓全家大小都能度過歡娛的一天。

The first production Mini Moke was manufactured in January 1964 at BMC's Longbridge factory in Birmingham, England. Production continued until late October 1968 when around 15,000 English Mokes had been produced.
The manufacturing rights for the Moke were sold in 1990 to the Italian company Cagiva, who produced practically identical Mokes in Portugal from 1991 through to early 1993, when the last Mini Moke was made.

This is from the test roll on the Hi-Matic 7s. The battery is not the correct voltage, so I had to to compensate by a stop by lowering the ISO to 200 on the camera, so the camera would meter more accurately. Shutter speeds seem to be close to accurate. There seems to be a line that appears on the negatives at the top of the frame. I don't know if it was the machine that processed the film that did it or if it was the camera. I guess I'll find out with a second roll when I get it developed somewhere else.

The hatchback/hardtop Mini was the first model of the new generation Mini, introduced in 2001, and was back then known as simply Mini. It was available in Cooper, Cooper S and One variations at launch. In many European markets, the Mini One was powered by a 1.4 litre I4 version of the Tritec engine but all other petrol powered Minis used the 1.6 litre I4 version.
The names Cooper and Cooper S followed the names used for the sportier version of the classic Mini, which in turn come from the involvement of John Cooper and the Cooper Car Company. The Cooper heritage was further emphasised with the John Cooper Works (JCW) range of tuning options that are available with the Mini. John Cooper also created a one-off racing model of the Mini Cooper S named the Mini Cooper S Works. This car featured many extras which help to improve performance, such as a racing exhaust and air filter as well as uprated suspension. The car also had one-of-a-kind 17-inch (430 mm) racing wheels.
Good to see this Mini back in the UK. The current owner has spent a great deal of time restoring it to is original safari spec. It has competed as the jungle mini and in zebra colours.
It was originally built by the Plant brothers in Newhey near Rochdale. Famous for there Stobart liveried Rally Minis and there Corgi replicas.
First run for a month, I've been repairing and respraying the front and rear panels under the bumpers...

Photos of Star Wars' Micro Machine playset. The playset is in the shape of Darth Vader's head and contains mini figures including Darth Vader, Lando, Luke, a Stormtrooper, Ugnaught, Chewbacca (carrying C-3PO) and Boba Fett's ship, Slave I. I'm pretty sure there was a Boba Fett figure included as well, but that figure was lost years ago.
