Minecraft Lets Build A City, The only structure a village is guaranteed to have is one and only one well. Villages will usually spawn with multiple farms and houses. The rarest buildings are blacksmiths, butchers, churches and libraries. Small villages may not even have one of each, but very large villages can spawn with multiples of each. Streets made with gravel 3 blocks wide can lead away from the well in any of the 4 cardinal directions. All streets are straight with intersections at right angles. Streets need not be flat across. Each block of a street can rise or fall at most 1 block to the front or the side of adjacent street blocks. April 20, 2016 at 11:40PM in youtu.be/n_4bWmGvYHc

Finished! Not a terribly great photo - I will try and get a better one when I have more light.
I started working on a one block to one inch scale, but that all went a bit awry. I had trouble getting all the figures to stay up. And my water needed more blue colouring really. I do like my sugar polka dot seeds planted in chocolate vermicelli though.
I got the idea from Yummy Pixels - who executed it much better than me!
The only person who's opinion really matters has declared it "awesome" in her inimitable very-nearly-9-year-old way though :D
Kiama Library was operating in creative mode on Monday 20th January 2014, amongst creepers, slimes, zombies, spiders and skeletons!
Young people aged 8 to 18 years were invited to join the fun at a long awaited Minecraft gaming event.
Kiama Library had upgraded their public computers and there was no better way to showcase improved hardware than a Minecraft Gaming Night.
Pizza and snacks were served on the night. You had to have your own official Minecraft account to play. Our PlayStation 3’s were also set-up on the night if you wanted to have a quick race of Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed.
