The Well MindShift is a collection of over sixty organizations and one hundred leaders who have assembled to address the crises of workplace health, wellness and well buildings. We see this issue threatening the future viability and prosperity of our corporations and nation. We are a self-organizing cohort representing a diverse cross-section of leaders including subject matter experts, academics, healthcare institutions, corporate, not for profits, authors, service providers and community organizers.
A few items for lightweight travel adventures in the wild. A Nikon D7200/Sigma 150-600mm lens for wildlife photography and a small Sony A6000 with a Nikkor macro lens and ring light for tiny subjects like insects and amphibians. A GoPro, headlamp, Samsung tablet, small MeFoto tripod, and a few extra lenses, batteries, etc all to fit into a Mindshift Backlight 26L backpack.
Girl Scouts use STEM skills to program LEGO Mindshifts robotics kits to navigate obstacle courses and perform choreography.

Mindshift Psychological Services provides cognitive behavioral therapy that helps patients stop negative automatic thoughts right as they begin, then turn them into automatic positive thinking. Although our CBT psychotherapy service is based on simple principles, it can have tremendous positive outcomes for individuals in learning practical self-help strategies, establishing on the theory that thinking negatively is a habit that can be broken.
