This dilapidated jetty at Curlewis has seen better days but still provides lots of opportunities if you are willing to risk being cut off by the rising tide!
Strolling through Hocking Hills earlier this summer contemplating the stillness of the woods in contrast to the crazy that 2020 has brought. Places such as this give one time to focus, and turn inward in order to clear the mind of distractions and just be...#explore #hockinghillsoh #mindfullness #forest

It is my favorite time of the year, the Tropical spring that is more like summer ... the days around here are already very hot so you want to be dressed comfortably, fresh, and protected from the sun ...
Even though I am in physical therapy for a problem with my arm, I feel fine.
I am a tireless and constant fighter in the search for my balance ...
I am surrounded by a natural environment that fascinates me, you can hear the birds when you wake up and surrounded by tropical jungle, which I love!
And to lift my spirits when the melancholy of being so far from family attacks me, what better than this type of music ???
I envy those families that stay together. Even in these difficult times, There can get together and have family lunches or dinners ... I wish they didn't have to go through this situation to appreciate how lucky they are!

Taking responsibility does not mean accepting the consequences.
To bear responsibility means to be self-aware of one's own inner echo. Our own echo that is sent back into the world.
I need to ground myself and listen to my own echo ♥

I took opportunity to go back and redit some older photos using (A) Lightroom denoise and (B) PSD Beta version for generative AI to extend the canvas on the left hand side by ca. 10% to give a little breathing space - it in effect content aware filled / added a little additional sky and a narrow strip of wire to the left of the frame. Amazing how PSD continues to evolve so quickly.
Rostellan/Aghada woods bike ride
A relaxing bike ride in the local woods. My meditation for the day. #Mindfullness
I won't be posting for about a week or two - I have become overwhelmed with catching up on things that were supposed to be completed weeks ago, and that's not including the pressure/preperation for a short film that I will be working on this week and into the next.
I'm here in body, but only half here in mind.
when I've found my other coherent half of myself that's wandered off , I'll be back soon to post and comment on your photos.

Research has shown that reflection boosts productivity. Yet few people make time for it.
Why?
For one, they often don’t know where to start.
You can become more reflective by practising a few simple steps.
What are you avoiding?
How are you helping the people around you?
Are you hindering their progress?
Start small, try 10 minutes.
Be still.
Consider multiple perspectives. Look at the opposite of what you initially believe.
You don’t have to like or agree with all of your thoughts — just think and to examine your thinking.
"Sometimes you don't realise you are the problem". Coming to this sort of conclusion is a bit unsettling, but admitting it is the first step to fixing things.
