Coffee milkshake is very simple to make but it's definitely tasty. Just mix some ice cream, a little bit of mil and a cup of cold espresso and enjoy!
Although you can not "see" it, this milkshake was made with low fat milk. And because I prefer it cold but not ice cold, no crushed ice was added.

This was so yummy. I love a good thick milkshake. This one has tons of strawberries and unsweetened almond milk, amaretto and vanilla coconut ice cream. No white sugar, in any of these. It was so thick the glass straw stood straight up!
I make a killer milkshake, and so far the strawberries have been great from california. Usually they're white-cored and bland.
For four big shakes, I'll usually use a pound of strawberries with a bit of ice, milk and splenda. A scoop or two of icecream sometimes, but not necessary. Also, if you freeze your strawberries beforehand, you can use less ice.
