So I started another series of photographs. This time I found a cute ice cream shop backdrop and figured I'd try some cute shit in front of it. I hope you like it.

How many of you remember when you could go into any drug store and get one these?
This was taken at Johnny Angel's, a 50's themed diner in Jacksonville. I was pleased to find out they still give you the remainder of the shake in the metal cup. And get a load of the size of that straw! You can't see it here (and neither did I until I finished the shake) but the bottom of the straw is cut at a slant. Makes it easy to get every last drop.
Yes, there is a juke box in the diner and yes, the song Johnny Angel is on the juke box.
After this the camera battery compartment latch broke so it's back to MPB for repair. It's not a perfect camera but I do love the colour. Still buying secondhand is always a risk. I purchased and sold a number of cameras with MPB and this is the first time I had a problem.

We found a cute little diner after leaving Oregon Flock & Fiber. We each ordered yummy milkshakes. Chocolate for me and strawberry for R. Yum.

My Samsung Galaxy S20+ mobile phone camera. Processed in Snapseed and Photo Editor on the Samsung mobile phone, whilst watching the New Zealand Warriors defeat the Canterbury Bulldogs in Sunday afternoon NRL.

Self portrait taken at the rather retro Harbour Bar on Scarborough's seafront. I've always wanted to try out a multiplicity portrait so here it is :)
I'd rather not explain the image too much - I think it's much better you look around and form your own ideas...just as you form your own visuals from a book.

A very yummy chocolate milkshake at a place called Prikið. As you can see by the straw I just had to taste it before I took a picture .. Yum!
