Taken through quartz window of an old mirco with a FA100 macro lens using a Pringles tin to extend the pop up K-x flash. Shot was hand held! Amazed how well it worked.
This is a modified CPC Plus cartridge. I have removed the EPROM that was soldered onto the PCB and replaced it with a IC socket. I can now burn my own games onto a 27C1001 EPROM.
There is a blog post about it here wp.me/p11CVu-wq

Simple Circuit board allowing control of mains voltage heating elements from 5V microcontroller IO pins using a relay and simple transistor amplifier
Close-up of the upper right-hand corner of the board. Note the 0 ohm resistor (little black rectangle just below the center of the photo with "000" on it) put across pads 7 and 8 of U13. and CR8 is an LED. www.parallella.org/quick-start/

A basic STM32 breakout board that exposes several I2C, SPI, USART etc interfaces as well as a simplified JTAG interface and several power pins. A miniUSB plug is connected to the STM32's USB peripheral and two LEDs sit on timer channels. The switches are power on/off and boot selection: bootloader or user code.
