The Axicom relays are in IC sockets. Time will tell if vibration causes them to come loose or fall out. Everything tests out OK. No need for the Exacto so far.

Tonight I went out to dinner with coworkers so I didn't get home till late. I fell asleep on the couch for about an hour and realized I still needed a photo.

 

I grabbed a shot of some RAM because I've done a lot with my computer lately. I completely removed windows from my laptop and am now using Linux mint 12. Tomorrow I'll get my Solid State Disk so I'll have to reinstall everything again. The performance gains will be worth it though!

This is what the underside of the power supply board looks like with the new resistors. Now to connect the board and mount the TV cover again.

A work of art all by itself.

How do they do it?

I know at least one tech who soldered at least one of these by hand, 100 legs!!!

The control circuit board is based on Steve Ward‘s UD2.1 driver.Use STC12C5A60S2 1T instruction high-speed microcontroller.Clocked at 16MHz. Trigger an interrupt in the form of the function to generate two PWM signals with dead time.The driver board itself through the software to produce low-frequency modulated square wave outputMaximum operating frequency of testing@ 400KHz.
