In Ermangelung eines mitgelieferten Handbuchs und schlechter Erinnerung hab' ich die roten Leuchtdioden (die D1-D12 Löcher) falsch eingelötet. Naja, wieder auslöten (mühsam), aus den Löchern das Lötzinn 'rausbohren (mangels Entlötmöglichkeit - noch mühsamer) und dann alle LEDs richtig einbauen. Zeitverlust >1 Stunde :-)
