This is the first of several rural micropolis modules I am working on. A quaint little farmhouse and barn. With cows/sheep!

A little shuttle I made with some blue and gray and quickly changed the wind screen to trans yellow to get as close as I can to the classic space color palette.

"So that's where our hands have gone!"

Huge Mecha I have been working on for a few months now, trying to get some better shots and sort the scene. Have been busy with my 10 day old daughter etc.

Hopefully load some close ups and some better quality images soon. Let me know your thoughts?

My first attempt at microscale. See if you can guess which Lego set this is modelled on.

After an increase in conflicts of the Tolsat Mining Regions, The Kaanan Confederacy put into production a light-combat capable vessel to give them ready access to the surrounding marshland. The original purpose was to establish patrol within the region in order to survey the Tolsat Mining sites to establish windows of opportunity to gather resources.

Tom Netherton made a fantastic MOC of a Zamboni…

The police HQ, unlike The Rockaway, was not based on a real building. It was based on what was abundant in the Pick-A-Brick wall. ;-)

Another version of the SR-66, the CR-66 is an Airborne Operations Control Centre (AOCC).

Ovenntrie Castle is situated on an island off the coast of the Elvish kingdom of Hesperia, representing the closest human encroachment to that fiercely exclusionary enclave. It is the only point of outside trade for the elves, and a lucrative source of income for the humans who keep the castle and town.

Trains built for my microscale train station (www.flickr.com/photos/rt_bricks/8546182660/in/set-7215763...). Each engine/car is detachable. They actually slide in the rails of the microscale tracks, but of course, do not go around corners at all well.

I had never appreciated the design of a Raven until I actually looked at one in a model viewer, with complete camera control. Its details are extremely 3D and very few pictures are capable of capturing the its wings bend and how parts are relative to each other.

I had to add a backview image particularly for this.

In the beginning of space travel, the ranges of FTL travel were limited to the drives themselves. As time went on, drives became more advanced and ships began to rely more on fuel. Captains had to pack their cargo holds with fuel or find somewhere to stop and refill.

Out on the Galactic Rim (where a hold full of cargo is an explosive possibility) independently minded people have been quick to take advantage. Like the hermit crabs of old Earth, purveyors of these refuelling depots find a suitable rock, burrow inside, set up basic life support and open as a going concern.

Captains usually set themselves up in very densely populated asteroid belts and have the ability to shut down all beacons and power and become undetectable at a moment's notice. The threat of fuel pirates are an ever present one and depot captains often contract mercenaries for protection during times of local upheaval.

The first time I've tried to add something a little dynamic to a microscale mech. Trying to make it look as if the missile pod has just launched.

This variant's role is similar to a downscaled version of the M1131 Stryker family FSV.
