Built this microscale Paradisa MOC as a birthday gift for CrankyBricks (IG, Twitter & Twitch). It’s my absolute favourite set from the theme.
6416 ‘Poolside Paradise’ from 1992 was one of only 18 Paradisa sets ever released, despite running for five years.
Designed and rendered this model inside BrickLink Studio in order to use newer elements in that classic Paradise pink colour.
Also took full advantage of Studio’s Part Designer for the bespoke prints (decals), namely the iconic driveway and parasol.

The rate of progress has slowed somewhat now that most of what I have left to do is detail work and closing up odd gaps left by the triangular geometry. The big update is that I have mostly covered the front now, though there is an awkward triangular gap in the very centre of the front I am left to resolve. It is tempting to just cram it with antenna etc but I don’t think that would really suit the overall aesthetic. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Finally digitized this creation. It has a few more fixes, namely a more clear interior, folding fins, better guns, and rear landing gear. The arms also move up and down at the shoulder area slightly but I forgot to animate that. There are instructions for this model here: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-47640/TheRealBeef1213/prowler

The Oroso Conclave have the most careful, defence-minded and tactical military forces of the known races, outside of the Vonn. Their priority lies squarely in defence, their fightcraft lack FTL ability. Instead, they need to land on a 'mother' ship or be stored on a rack in transport.
The T'frr is the primary fightercraft fielded by the Conclave; it is nimble, capable and well-armed against a variety of threats with wing and chin mounted cannons.
Although reasonably small, the ship needs two crew. In common with most Oroso, the crew of a T'frr live and exist in very close quarters. This closeness is key to their relationship and fighting ability; if one of a pilot-pair dies or is unable to fight again, the other often struggles to adjust back to military life.
The T'frr served admirably against the European Union forces during the brief Human-Oroso conflict, bested only by the late introduction of Grendel Squadron.
Manufacturer: Oroso Combine
Role: HG/RG-Fighter
Length: 8m
Crew: 2
Weaponry: 3 x Autocannons
Shields/Armour: Light/Medium
FTL: Incapable
No decent-sized town is complete without a zoo! Visitors can see monkeys, polar bears, giraffes and more! Or visit the reptile house! Fun for the entire family!
MCS All-purpose design. Easily fitted for multiple uses, but built with speed and maneuverability as primary considerations.
Photo quality is terrible, as this photo was just meant to quickly catalogue a long-standing and previously undocumented MOC.
Five standard ST-07 B-model 'Chub' Mobile Frames of the 1109th Terran Expeditionary Marines 'Royal Blues' in mission loadout in the early phases of the Triangular War on Planet Melocotón. Hopefully a worthy tribute to Soren 's Chub design.

I've wanted to use these technic pieces for a while, but Jameson42's Martian Fighter is what really prompted me to do so.
The TRD- 1 serves as a regional exploration and reconnaissance dropship for the Tolsat Commune, a small colony on the moon of Tanthis IV. Because of a resource-rich environment, and their normally peaceful lifestyle, the Commune has had difficulty with the Kaanan Confederacy encroaching upon their territories from the Inner Belt in an effort to gain economical influence within the Ignus Star System. Because of the Confederacy's direct violation of the Intra-system Concordance Agreement Act, Tanthis Prime has decided to directly fund the actions of the Commune's growing militia in an effort to prepare them in the event of small-scale war.
So far, patroling the Tolsat regions on Tanthis IV has served to keep interactions down to a level of minor conflict, but news of a newly redesigned Kaanan Starfighter is setting the Tanthis Plantary System abuzz, reaching as far as the Outer Belt.

The Galactic Rim is not home to cutting edge and modern technology, by definition. A significant time after the introduction of drone technology to interstellar exploration and combat within the Core Systems, the idea is beginning to catch on along the Rim.
Named after a Japanese beast of folklore, the IDS Ningyo is a modern drone deployment corvette for fire. The two computer-assisted flak turrets are purely for point defence. The real edge provided by the Ningyo is it's two drone deployment bays. The crew is trained to control, maintain and manipulate a wide variety of drone types, from combat models to logistics and salvage types.
Generally hired by smaller governments to provide high-tech support to their traditional navies, the Ningyo is respected by allies and feared by enemies. With such scant protection, however, it requires careful escort to keep safe and operational.
Displayed are two Lockheed 'Stealthstrike' drones, deployed for rapid, pinpoint strikes and anti-fighter actions.
Length: 41m
Manufacturer: Custom-design, Hibayshi-made.
Crew: 4 bridge crew, 10 drone control staff.
Weaponry: 2 x fast-tracking flak turrets (top, bottom)
Special: 2 x drone bays (port, starboard)
Cleaning up, I realise I had a whole load of rats on my desk ready to put in the water fleeing too, and forgot to add them.
A machine that can be everything! This was the concept behind the Chameleon.
This little "Mech" can bend it's body to different forms to help it's user to their job.
I was looking for some parts in my old childhood collection and found some of those "I really should use this piece for something" parts. Having been wanting to try out a little microscale building, I decided to just start building and see what would happen.
Apologies for the picture quality, I know it's a bit difficult to see what's going on. Perhaps I'll have a re-shoot of this one if it's necessary.
Jamie Berard backed my Kickstarter project at a level that got him a minifig cameo in my latest animation. I couldn't resist putting an in-joke in it so I had him building a micro version of the mini modulars set he designed.
Hopefully I can add some better quality photos later.
The police HQ, unlike The Rockaway, was not based on a real building. It was based on what was abundant in the Pick-A-Brick wall. ;-)
Foundry's Brisingr Class Lite Picket Destroyer-
This variant was intended for extended missions in deep space patrolling the outlying borders. These destroyers sport an experimental drive design that is the most efficient ever created. Not many were completed when the shipyards around planet Foundry were destroyed so they are prized by fleet commanders.

Due to the size of the flagship I needed very small ships to represent the escort ships. My intention was to have an elongated escort similar to the flagship.
Plan to add stickers to finalize the build.
A microscale modernist family home of my own design, with influences from various mid 20th Century architects.
I like this one a lot. Used pretty much every lime slope I own, too. Not really much to say about this, only that I enjoy the angles everywhere, and the hidden intakes behind the curved wings are really cool.

Tronde Shipyard created the MP-1 Liquid Transport after the First Piracy War. The big boom in trade during the Selumm Grande Proclur (the Age of Grand/Great Excellence) period was a time when many shipyards began producing bigger, simpler, and efficient transport vessels. Indeed, practically all of Tronde Shipyards F series fit that description – big and reliable. The MP-1 in particlur is a very simple, modular design. However, this also means many of the vital systems aren’t as highly advanced or effective resulting in slow speed and sluggish maneuverability – nonetheless it is an effective design.
The MP-1 is easily convertible (the MP stands for multipurpose). In fact most MP-1 around today have been converted into grain transport vessels. This versatility, along with some other factors (mainly the big hangar bay) have led to numerous military purchases as support/supply vessels. Of the four-hundred MP-1s that were produced over fifty went to military services.
The Trialsite and five other “sister” ships were bought by the Trynin Empire and reconfigured to hold all manner of supplies from water and foodstuff and can even function as a tanker. Most military MP-1s also received an upgraded weapon and defense system. During the Agronomic War the Trialsite was employed by the Trynin Empire as a support vessel for the 1st Fleet, Left Wing, 4th Battle Group. The Trialsite saw action during the Battle of Varn and was severely crippled as her captain and crew engaged the Almen in the hopes of allowing her battlegroup to escape from the advancing Concero forces. After the war the Trialsite and her sister ships were sold to various shipping companies in favor of Tronde Shipyards future G series transports. Today the Trialsite has the shipping label HG-21 and is in the service of United Lend Shipping. She’s used as a multipurpose supply vessel, transporting overstocked supplies between warehouses on various systems.
Not as excited about this one. I got the idea for the engines and tail and thought sure I could make good use of it, but I just couldn't get the front half to come together.
The Motorola J2-12 is an tropospheric survey ship. It uses a mag drive to control its hover altitude and velocity. Normally the J2-12 is dropped from orbit, and then picked up once the survey is complete. Usually, it is used for hi-resolution local surveys, as planetary surveys are easier to accomplish from orbit.
Bottom view, showing the main survey array.
For some reason, I'm incapable of building in color...
