A microscale homage to MOC builder Mladen Pejic.

I absolutely love his work. His multipodes are amazing! ^_^

Hope you recognize him! If not, check here.

The completed LEGO microscale habitat stack is finally here!

Over the past few months I have built a wide selection of 8x8 LEGO microscale habitats and today I'm going to give you a complete overview, including a new polar one and a rework of the OG habitat, the japanese garden.

Here's the video:

My first attempt at rescaling this was so blocky that I went back and revised it again.

This is just a small chunk of my microscale military fleet.

The Oroso Naval Combine are a proud organisation, but are not above using specialists or mercenaries when needed. In this picture, the ONC Kabbayh is alongside the independent corvette Ningyo, which is providing anti-fighter screening with two Nightstrike drones.

A microscale MOC I built for the TBB MF contest, I chose to build as small as I could but the most realistic.

yes, I'm weak. I can't resist the temptation of the Architecture sets.

Micropolis: another view

you'll find details of Micropolis in this set

The Peccary family of Armored General Purpose Vehicles includes an ambulance variant. The Peccary medevac vehicle features a slightly enlarged wheelbase to allow a larger bay where two responders can operate.

The Galactic Rim is not home to cutting edge and modern technology, by definition. A significant time after the introduction of drone technology to interstellar exploration and combat within the Core Systems, the idea is beginning to catch on along the Rim.

Named after a Japanese beast of folklore, the IDS Ningyo is a modern drone deployment corvette for fire. The two computer-assisted flak turrets are purely for point defence. The real edge provided by the Ningyo is it's two drone deployment bays. The crew is trained to control, maintain and manipulate a wide variety of drone types, from combat models to logistics and salvage types.

Generally hired by smaller governments to provide high-tech support to their traditional navies, the Ningyo is respected by allies and feared by enemies. With such scant protection, however, it requires careful escort to keep safe and operational.

Displayed are two drones. One 77-type salvage model, with twin manipulator arms and one Lockheed 'Stealthstrike' attack drone designed for rapid, pinpoint strikes.

Length: 41m

Manufacturer: Custom-design, Hibayshi-made.

Crew: 4 bridge crew, 10 drone control staff.

Weaponry: 2 x fast-tracking flak turrets (top, bottom)

Special: 2 x drone bays (port, starboard)

With my very limited skills it was quite the challange to make those continuous slopes on either sides of the palace itself. But it turned out better than I expected it. It is a real shame however, that the colours look so strange in these renders...

The Thunderbolt is officially classed as a bomber but is atypical as its armament consists of two heavy cannons, operating on the concept of a smooth bore, recoilless rifle. The standard armament is photonic shells but they can be switched out depending on the mission at hand. The B-71 is designed to devastate static or slow moving targets in space; it is extremely vulnerable to flak fire and agile interceptors.

A microscale Viper from Battlestar Galactica. I love the design of this ship, and the reimagined show had the best spaceship fights (if not the most satisfying resolution).

This is a mini LEGO terrace house built for some dear friends of ours as a housewarming present. Back garden comes complete with shed, dog, decking and slide!

An attempt to build a completely stud/anti-stud free spaceship!

My first attempt to build a microscale LEGO House (smaller than the official sets). There are still a few details to fix.

"I feel the need, the need for speed!"

The Tiberius class starships (motto: "...to explode new worlds, to seek out and destroy new life...") demonstrate beyond all doubt that Blacktron will appropriate any proven spacecraft design and adapt it for their own nefarious purposes.

Imagine an ancient fortification taken over and expanded by a dark power.

A study in angles, snot and windowmaking, but really I wanted to build a big fat castle!

Here's a little random container hauler I built the last couple of days, bit of a doodle I suppose. Not much backstory really, people have stuff they want to move, they stick them in containers and this thing moves them.

A microscale modernist family home of my own design, with influences from various mid 20th Century architects.

I've had thoughts about doing this sort of thing for a while and this is the result.

It'll actually throw stuff about half a foot.

A little build for a Best Bricker challenge. It took me a while to edit this photo, but it's worth it.

my microscale model of the place where I work has attracted the attention of our PR & Communications Dept.

so here they are, carefully considering how best to capture it in all its beauty

p.s. you can see the model in more detail here

I had a blast building these ships with my little bros. It was hard because we've never really had the experience of building at micro scale, but it was fun! I think however, that some of the ships are cooler in our head than they are in real life haha

A quick build, something of a fast unit to complement the Safir. Yes, the feet are tiny. But I was thinking of the Guges from Appleseed while I was building it, and they have such tiny feets!

Here's another in my Micro_Mood Scale Gundam series. the Try Burning Gundam from Gundam Build Fighterds Try! I really enjoy working with those flame pieces.

This is my interpretation of The Gates of Elsruck as if it had been produced into a set as a part of the Lego Games Heroica Line.

Description from Lego.com:

This ancient powerful gate is the primary defense for the Kingdom of Ennon. It guards a mountain passage that leads to the neighboring lands. The gates were built by the original founders of Ennon but their names have long been lost to the pages of history.

I decided to make it a farmland themed map based on the Book of Lore map on Lego.com and the farms represented on the road behind the Gates of Elsruck. The blue bridges between the rooms represent irrigation between the farms.

Rules:

The Gates: In order to pass through the gates, you must pay a toll equal to 2 gold. If a toll is paid to pass through, the gates remain closed. You may also find a battering ram to pass through the gates in which case the gates remain open for other heroes to enter.

Monsters:

-Dragons (2 Strength) (BL Item #85863pb098)

-Dragon King (3 Strength Monster Bar)

Invisibility Potion (trans-clear) - Move past 1 (non-boss) monster undetected.

Haystack: When landing adjacent to a haystack, you must search it by rolling the dice:

-Shield: Find 1 gold and remove the haystack

-Sword: remove the haystack

-Sword/Skull: remove the haystack, move back 1 space

-Skull: move back 1 space

Relic: Saber of Extension - The saber extends your Hero’s original ranged or melee skill by one space as long as it is in your possession. May be sold for 2 gold.

The Deutz-AG manufactured Scanner-Jammer is a multipurpose drone designed to augment civilian and military organisations.

Primarily the drone is a remotely operated scanning device, capable of passive and active scanning and real time updates to a sentient operator, usually on-board a nearby ship. However, the S/J can be used as a forward spotter for artillery, increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of space-based weaponry by more detailed guidance and telemetry.

The technology crammed into the drone can be reversed and flipped around in order to disrupt the scans and guidance systems of nearby vessels, too. Although skilled sensor operators can construct workarounds, the S/J can easily disrupt and scramble the data guiding snubfighters, shuttles and even some capital ship scale missiles.

The S/J cannot function whilst moving, however, and moves at half the speed of most snubfighters. The example pictured is on the periphery of an asteroid belt, using environment protection to keep it as far from harm's way as possible.

Manufacturer: Deutz-AG

Crew: Nil [1 x droid operator, wirelessly connected]

Special: Markedly increases effectiveness of sensors in the same fleet, as well as their targeting effectiveness. Secondarily, can jam nearby sensors and ships to create confusion and chaos.
