This is a peak inside the pieces to see the linings. The top's metallic fabric and lining are sewed together along the neckline, back slit, armholes and bottom edge. The skirt's lining is like a separate skirt inside the metallic fabric and is hemmed separate from the outside metallic fabric.

Saw this on the way out of the local Borders. This made my brain hurt. So I have to share it with EVERYONE!!!
