For Macro Monday's "Made of Metal" theme.

I'm not big on Cheddar or Feta cheese. I guess that makes this photo the grater of two evils :)
So I put the cheese grater on top of my iPad for light and colour. I'm not sure it's doing my screen any good but makes for a handy light source!
PS what do call a cheese with a little horse hiding behind it?
Mask-a -pony of course!

Newlywed couples in Moscow are expected to kiss on a bridge on their wedding day. As part of this tradition, the couple must attach a padlock with their names and vows written on it, to a metal tree on the bridge, and throw the key in the river to symbolize faithfulness and enduring love.
This was my secondary shot for the Macro Mondays "Mesh" theme. I thought it really didn't show a mesh as the main element so I didn't post to the group. I was hoping to catch more of the strainer in the distorted drop at a different angle but it didn't work out. I tried something similar in the past and that was my inspiration for trying again. You never know what you will get with water drops.

I simply made this shot, because I was fascinated by the light on the pipes. When you move your head the light was moving on all these pipes, too! I felt myself as a child again, standing there, turning my head and had a lot of fun. ; )) I hope noone had watched me!

Metal Bird found this metal sculpture while I was in the Smoky Mountains, thought it was a bit different, found in North Carolina.
We were looking for Snowy Owls on Saturday and unfortunately didn't see any, however we did discover this amazing metal barn that looked very impressive with it's detail and texture!
