On 2 December, 2018, Mary Ann and I attended a performance of Handel's "Messiah", performed by artists from Ann Maria College, at Christ the King Church in Worcester.

Just like a modern day Messiah, he appeared as if walking on water.....Willemstad, Curaçao, one rainy Sunday.

Hi all, Chubbybots back here with my own custom Mark 6 Jaeger Emerald Messiah inspired by the movie Pacific Rim Uprising.
Her primary weapons are the 2 sonic cannons on her shoulders. It produces a sonic weapon that only affects Kaiju tissue rendering them paralyze.
Her secondary weapon includes the twin claws on her forearms reminiscent of Striker Eureka.
Her third weapon is inspired something gundam inspired haha :D I believe many will know that reference :D

In Joyful Anticipation of the MESSIAH...
"In the Book of Daniel we are told that this kingdom is given to the Son of Man and to the saints (Daniel 7:14,18,22,27). The Son of Man is a Messianic title for God's anointed King. Christ (ancient Greek: Christós, meaning 'anointed') is a translation of the Hebrew, the MESSIAH, and is used as a title for Jesus in the New Testament.
The followers of Jesus became known as Christians (as in Acts 11:26) because they believed Jesus to be the MESSIAH prophesied in the Hebrew Bible. Christians designate HIM Jesus Christ, meaning Jesus the Christos. Christ was originally a title, but later became part of the name "Jesus Christ", though it is still also used as a title, in the reciprocal use Christ Jesus, meaning "The Messiah Jesus".
Jesus is not accepted by the majority of Jews as their MESSIAH. The Jewish people still await the MESSIAHS first coming, while Christians await HIS second coming, when they believe HE will fulfill those parts of Messianic prophecy left unfulfilled in the first century AD.

RV messiah guy, parked for months (maybe a year now, actually) at 89A and the Mingus extension. Is he allowed to camp in a non-camping area for reasons of religious expression? His hand-painted signs are not always biblical fire and brimstone. Once I saw one that said "Oh how I wish I had Jesse's girl"!

Illusions of life. We are programmed to recognise creatures. More specifically, are we born to see a symmetrical form as a threat of sorts in a similar way to bees that recognise (respond to) symmetrical flowers as food sources.
Put another way: are we naturally likely, as infants, to interpret a complex bilaterally symmetrical pattern as a life form. There may be some evolutionary advantage attached to such an inborn ability. Unknown life forms can be life threatening.
The image panels were made from a complex image by simple reflection about a vertical line. The image on the right is the same as the one on the left, flipped 180º.
