This cartoon explains that because of the technology available, people find it hard to get away from their cell phones. Whether it be games, email, facebook, or other interesting applications, people often find themselves close by or on their cell phones. It would not be hard to find a couple, family or friends who exchanged a text message while sitting across from each other at dinner.

Messengers provide a simple and fast way to convey one's emotions. Here we are bringing a few instant messaging apps that students love the most.
Stickers by Jenny Holzer bought from the ICA in London in 1988. Although they have the title "Messages", they were also called "Truisms".
Nothing was moving, I wanted the signs as the main focus, and it was cloudy, so the settings are all pretty standard. I made the background black and white and increased the vibrancy of the red and green of the signs. I raised the clarity for the signs and the trees that are in focus. Raising the clarity or decreasing the highlights wouldn't have changed the texture of the clouds. The signs are "messaging" me to stop and which road I'm on.
