Cantina Santa Liberata-un fantastico merlot vinificato bianco. Non sono un sommelier ma lo reputo eccezionale!
Richard, Nottingham , He can eat three in a row without coming up for air. Although large quantities do end up being pushed onto the floor!

This LOOKS like a lot of sediment settled out of the wine. However I think this was precipitated out by the chemicals I added last night and fell out rapidly so it's probably spun out to the outside wall of the carboy whilst the wine as still spinning from the 'vigorous stirring' I gave it. In other words I don't think there's really 2 solid inches of sediment in the bottom of this carboy.
