Merlot

Lot's of grapes this year on my 2 vines

Pouring a bottle of merlot into a pot to make mulled wine.

We were skeptical at first. A white Merlot? From a Ticino vineyard? But the restaurant owner was so insistent that we decided to try it. What a wonderful refreshing white wine it was! For lunch the next day we asked for white Merlot.

This hat has a different sort of color combo that made me think of merlot wine.. the mohair and wool locks I used to decorate it are super soft and bring together the colors of the hat in an unexpected way!
