Its probably best not to dwell on the meaning of "Sport Education Insertion" though in true Chinglish fashion it probably means absolutely nothing! ;-p
The casting itself looks to be crudely and loosely modelled on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a rather strange and droopy front end design though of course its primarily designed to be a cheap but tough toy to be played with by young children.

Scottish Ambulance Service crew and two Police Scotland units, a total of 4 Police Officers and 2 Ambulance Staff, attending an emergency call in Glasgow’s South Side. PolScot Ford Transit, marked cell van CS29 & Peugeot 308 Response car, BM37 - SF67LUR are pictured along with a standard SAS Mercedes Sprinter Accident & Emergency Unit (AEU).
Despite calling 999 and saying something to merit 2 emergency services responding on lights and sirens, it was all for nought and both left empty handed, no arrestee or patient to be had. I like the way the wet city streets look, the blue strobe light bouncing around.

With the proposed and controversial closure of four local ambulance stations, sights like this although reflecting already established practice will, I imagine, become more common. The stations are closing for various reasons and are due to be replaced by a super-hub (located at the north end of Portsea Island). In order to maintain response times over what is a large area, ambulances will hold or, if you like, loiter in yet to be decided locations. It is, as I mention above, not uncommon now for vehicles to await calls at diverse spots but I am not sure that what will become an unavoidable practice improves operating or working conditions for our valued ambulance and paramedic staff.
