in melbourne it was foggy and sunny at the same time, and it made the eureka tower look like a hologram or a laser or something. red filter i think.

This probably shows the fogging up the most. It's in nearly all the frames to one extent or another.

What I don't really get is that this, and the frame before // after it were in this really dark alleyway, and yet this one has the most fogging :s

I've hopefully fixed it now though. We'll see when the next roll comes back!
