Wallace Heaton Zodel 6.5x9cm Plate Camera, Wallace Heaton Zodellar-Anastigmat f1:4.5 lens in Compur shutter, distance scale in feet. The lens has no serial number, but is inscribed "Made in Germany" around the rim; the body also has a 'Made in Germany' badge. On the underside of the double-extension rack and on the back of the front standard are inscribed '345' - a serial number perhaps? The Compur serial number dates the shutter to the latter part of 1931. The Zodel brand were re-badged German-made cameras sold by Wallace Heaton in the UK. This camera doesn't appear to have any clues as to its original manufacturer.
