Was at the hospital twice, a family member had to be treated for an injury around their eye.
We were in the emergency ward Friday night from 5:45 to 10 PM! Then had to go back the next day because the doctor said to come back if the bleeding didn't stop.
Saturday, I had to take an extended lunch from work, luckily it was a shorter wait - 12 to 2pm.
All this happened at the family playground at Macs and I couldn't believe that the staff acted like nothing happened! They didn't come over to help or nothing, just standing behind the counter watching!
