The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in Jakarta marked a significant step in developing Standards, Methodologies, and the Manual for Blue Carbon Mangrove Measurement. Both are crucial in supporting the achievement of national climate targets.
During the event, the i-Mangrove online platform was also launched. This platform provides interactive access to spatial information on Indonesia’s mangrove conditions over the past 20 years and restoration opportunities. It can be used to monitor the success of restoration projects or to plan new projects in Indonesia.
