I LOVE how the morning light streams into my front windows, highlighting the pictures I have there. In my hands is a picture of me, at about 7 and the frame on the right is a picture I took of my girls. Needing a hand picture, I saw my opportunity. I wanted their picture more in the background, with a narrower DoF, but when I was done playing, I kind of liked this one.

Will i make it to 1000 old n news??...But taken from Black Prince Road it was given that name in 1939 and was Once called Lambeth Butts ,Arden House stands on the left as does The Queens Head Cafe Bistro rebuilt in 1890 and Charlie Chaplins Uncle was Once the Landlord and it is believed where Charlies `Tramp`character originated after witnessing local drunks.........Parliament House is being built now more expensive flats!..Harlow`s Corner is now a distant memory..Lambeth Walk is on the Right In 1938, 159 shops lined the street and catered for every need, including 11 butchers, two eel and pie shops....Of course Lambeth Walk is a well know song from The Musical Me And My Girl and later a Film...Nothing to do with the Richard O`Sullivan comedy from the Eighties....

Many thanks to steve white2008 for the yet again excellent top photo www.flickr.com/photos/25347284@N04/4293491655/ ...The pub was rebuilt in1890, and was called` Masons Arms` until 1951...it closed its doors for the final time in April this year, the address was Lambeth Road but that street to the left is the winding Lambeth Walk, which was once called Three Coney Walk... but has been Lambeth Walk now for over 200 years, the Lambeth Walk song was written in 1937 for the musical Me And My Girl, to the far right is Astbury House on the China Walk Estate....note the trees again!.bollards have changed oh and the pub will be converted into flats....
